We use only the information needed to prepare your lounge quote, arrange requested access and provide support. This notice explains the information involved and the choices available to you.
Information needed for your request
We may collect your name, contact details, airport, terminal, travel date, passenger count and lounge preferences when they are needed to quote or arrange lounge access.
We do not sell personal information. We share the minimum necessary information with a relevant ticket supplier or service provider only when it is needed to fulfil your request.
Services you may use
Requests sent through WhatsApp or Tally are also subject to those services' privacy practices. Your saved language preference is stored on your device.
